Library of the Occult is an independent record label conjured from the shadows of London, England in the summer of 2020 by Tom McDowell to celebrate the strange, the cinematic, and the supernatural in sound. Founded in the UK, our mission is to unearth and amplify artists whose music channels the eerie nostalgia of vintage horror, occultism, library music, and synth-driven soundscapes.

Inspired by lost soundtrack reels, we specialise in dark electronica, Esoteric psych and and experimental sonic narratives that evoke the atmosphere of haunted archives and flickering screens. Each release is a carefully curated artifact.
